Mid Century Modern Makeover (completed Oct. 2012)
The renovation of this 1968 single story custom ranch included a new design for the bedroom wing that included a new master bedroom and bath addition. The entrance, which was located on the south side of the home, was moved to the north side. This new wing also got a new powder room and home office space. A new community room grew out of the old entry location.
This remodel and addition has transformed this ranch style home into a contemporary ranch with Mid-Century Modern details.
Allen Co. Design It! It! Build It! started this project in April of 2012 and it was completed in October 2012.
